Let me introduce myself. My name is Amelia and I’m a Certified Lice Technician and Respiratory Therapist in Dothan, Alabama.
How It All Started…
Let me share a little bit about why I started Lice Lice Baby.
Back when my daughters were in elementary school, they came home one day with an unexpected surprise — lice. And by the time I realized what was happening, I had it too. Cue full-blown panic. I had never dealt with lice before and, like many parents, I turned to Google.
What I found was overwhelming: conflicting advice, endless treatment options, and products that promised results but didn’t deliver. I spent a small fortune on over-the-counter treatments and had to repeat the process multiple times before we were finally lice-free. It was frustrating, exhausting, and honestly... a bit traumatic.
That experience opened my eyes — and lit a spark. I knew there had to be a better, more effective way to handle head lice. So I dove deep into research and eventually became a Certified Lice Technician through the Lice Treatment Center.
Fast forward to the start of the 2023–2024 school year, and my middle schooler had lice again — within the first month. That was my sign. It was time to turn my experience into something that could help others.
Today, Lice Lice Baby is here to provide families in Dothan and the surrounding area with calm, clean, and effective lice treatment — without the guesswork. I use safe, all-natural products, proven techniques, and provide every client with education to help prevent reinfestation at home.
As a licensed respiratory therapist, helping others has always been my passion — whether in the hospital, in the treatment chair, or in the community. My goal is simple: to make sure you and your family feel supported, stress-free, and itch-free.
I’m so glad you’re here — and if you’re dealing with lice, I’ve got your back.
